Payments

We accept Afterpay, GPay, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB and Shop Pay. Please note the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Most major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply use our online contact form . If an order is already shipped we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you'll need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

We have a number of warehouses around the US, UK, and the rest of the world. Where your order is shipped from depends on the items you've ordered. Depending on stock availability across our warehouses, it may take up to a week for your order to be shipped. We’ll send you the tracking info as soon as your order is in the mail.

Carrier tracking will provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

The chance of receiving defective item is very low, but it could happen. Please take pictures of the product which show the defects clearly. Then contact our support to check if you're eligible for a refund or replacement.
